       Appliance Services:

• £50 per Appliance. £30 Gas Cooker/Hob

      

       Landlord/Home Owners certificates with boiler service:

• £80 Landlord/Home owners gas safety check certificate for one appliance with boiler Service

 

       Landlord/Home Owners certificates:

• £50 Landlord/Home owners gas safety check certificate for one appliance

• +£5 every other appliance tested after first.

 

       Power Flushing:

• £300 Based on a standard 3 bedroom house.

• includes: Labour, Chemicals & (pH&TDS) Test result completion certificates.

• Discounts available if incorporated into a new boiler installation as regulations and boiler manufacturers state to not void warranties.

 

• Able to give paperless electronic completion/service certificates & invoices  if requested via email if preferred

      (environmentally friendly)

 

• Cheques are not excepted but cash, card and bank transfer payments welcome.

• Card payments are subject to 2.5% charge over £100
